Return Policy
We accept returns for items purchased within three (3) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Additionally, the item must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria. If your item is eligible for a return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
If your item is eligible for a return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on how to proceed. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.
Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders may be processed and shipped quickly, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it is shipped.
Shipping Policy
Once an order is placed, we aim to ship it within 2-3 business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please note that some items may require additional processing time, and we will notify you if this is the case.
We offer shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. You can choose your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.
Shipping costs vary based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping method selected. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package online through the USPS or UPS website. At this time, we only ship within the USA.
