WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
Masterpiece accepts credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Exp, and Discover), and Pay Pal.  For credit card processing, it must be a FULL credit card.  If you would like to use your debit, you can easily sign up for a PayPal account.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?

All Items will be shipped within 2 business days from the receipt of payment.  Masterpiece will use Priority Mail Service from USPS.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes.  Should you find it necessary to cancel an order you may do so prior to shipping.  Please email orders at inquiries@masterpiececonsignment.com to cancel.

IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
Yes.  Depending on your state.

WILL I BE CHARGED SHIPPING?
Yes.  The price will include shipping, handling packaging, and delivery confirmation.

HOW ARE PRICES DETERMINED?
Each item price is determined by Masterpiece Men's Consignment.  To ensure that the prices on all of our items are accurate we do extensive research to find the most competitive price.  Research will help us come up with a price that is competitive with each items “market value”.
